Coworking | Puerto – Valencia

This coworking project represents one of the most significant milestones for Talvion, as it was the first transaction carried out with an institutional investor.

The vehicle enabled the conversion of four industrial warehouses into a flexible workspace with a total of 900 workstations, across a surface area of 6,000 m² on two floors.
The operation involved the acquisition of the asset, its conversion, the incorporation of a tenant, and the sale under yield.
