Coliving | Ayora – Valencia

Talvion takes another step forward by adding its first Coliving project to its portfolio: a residential rental building designed and constructed to provide a comprehensive living service.

Located on a wide avenue starting from the Ayora gardens and just a few metres from the development site, the building has a total built area of 1,630 m² distributed across 41 studios and communal areas such as a dining room, coworking space, shared kitchen, lounge area, meeting room, and screening room, among others, as well as activity areas, a solarium, and a laundry room.
